All 'Sancho™' chips and snacks are produced using pellet technology. These products have many advantages compared to regular chips made from fresh potatoes. The frying time of 'Sancho™' chips in oil is 10-15 seconds, and the oil content is 20-22%. For comparison: regular chips are fried for 1 to 2 minutes and contain 40-45% oil. That's why 'Sancho™' chips have 50% less fat. They are perfect for those who enjoy snacks but also care about their figure and health.
Moreover, pellet chips have a stable taste, proper appearance, and do not have eyes.
The chips are well protected from the environment. The chip wafers are tightly packed in a polypropylene bag placed in a cardboard box. Each box is additionally covered with shrink wrap. Such packaging guarantees the preservation of the product's consumer properties for a specified storage period.
The entire production cycle, from loading pellets to packaging the finished product, takes place on a fully automated line, ensuring high and stable quality as well as compliance with all norms and standards.
